Schedule an appointment; receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and instructions for your appointment; and meet with a provider!
Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we have put so many aspects of our lives on hold. Your oral health shouldn’t be something that’s sacrificed or delayed.
Our provider partners’ offices are open and exceed all standards for sterilization and safety.
After your in-office dental cleaning appointment, you will have the opportunity to schedule a teleconsult to review clinical findings and treatment recommendations with your provider. Our proprietary teledentistry platform CUSPID is live, allowing you to schedule Virtual Appointments online.

Sequoia Dental Benefits
A Dentists on Demand visit includes a dental exam, oral cancer screening, dental x-rays and dental cleaning, and takes approximately 45 minutes with zero commute times! If you’ve got dental insurance, Dentists on Demand is totally free because preventative care is covered at 100% - regardless of in-network or out-of-network coverage.
Here’s some additional details about your dental benefit options.
Guardian Dental
Those with dental insurance through Sequoia's insurance carrier:
Most Sequoia employees have Guardian Dental PPO which allows one dental teeth cleaning and one dental exam every six months. So, if you've had your last cleaning 6 months ago or more, you may schedule with Dentists on Demand! Preventative dental visits are typically covered by your dental insurance at 100%.
Alternative Dental Carriers
Those with dental insurance through an alternative insurance carrier:
If you have Dental Insurance through an alternative carrier, please reach out to hello@dentistsondemand.com to confirm your eligibility.
Sequoia Employees or Contractors with No Dental Insurance
Sequoia employees or contractors without dental insurance:
You may participate by paying out of pocket for your dental exam, oral cancer screening, dental x-rays and dental cleaning. Fee: $220.
Out of State Eligibility
If you live in one of the following states, you are eligible to schedule a teleconsult appointment:
- Illinois
- Massachusetts
- New Jersey
- Washington
