How it Works
Dentists on Demand has an effective, efficient, and easy process for delivering high-quality dental services. A Dentists on Demand visit includes a dental exam, oral cancer screening, dental x-rays and dental cleaning, and takes approximately 45 minutes with zero commute times!
When using the link to schedule your dental appointment, please have your insurance subscriber ID and group number available, they will be required to make your appointment.
Schedule an appointment; receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and instructions for your appointment; and meet with a provider!
After evaluating your condition, treatment options will be recommended, including any necessary referrals to a specialist. Our provider partners’ offices are open for patients experiencing a dental emergency and/or who require in-person follow-up care and exceed all standards for sterilization and safety.

Important notes on insurance:
Delta Dental covers preventative care up to 100%, even when you're seen out of network. There will be no balance billing or out of pocket cost to you. However, Delta Dental will send the check for your visit directly to you, the patient. We will send you an email and text reminder that you should be expecting a check from Delta Dental, and to give us a call once you receive it.
Here's how the payment process works:
- Approximately two weeks after your appointment, Delta Dental will send the reimbursement check directly to you.
- Once you receive the check, please deposit it into your account.
- Simply call (415)517-2252 or email hello@dentistsondemand.com us to process payment for your visit.

Dental Examinations
MongoDB employees have Delta Dental PPO which allows 2 cleanings per calendar year. So, even if you've already had one cleaning this year, you may schedule with Dentists on Demand! Preventative dental visits are typically covered by your dental insurance at 100%.
Alternative Dental Carriers
If you have Dental Insurance through an alternative carrier, please reach out to hello@dentistsondemand.com to confirm your eligibility.
Treatment Needs
If treatment needs are identified during the preventive visit, we will refer patients to an in-network provider or initiate a prior authorization to determine the potential coverage available with our providers. Contact us to learn more:

Dentists on Demand will offer teeth whitening for $200 at our upcoming pop-up! To add whitening to your scheduled appointment, email hello@dentistsondemand.com and click here to purchase.
