House Call Dentists has an effective, efficient, and easy process for delivering high-quality dental services.
Schedule an appointment; receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and instructions for your appointment; and meet with a provider!
After evaluating your condition, treatment options will be recommended, including any necessary referrals to a specialist.
Our providers will return in a couple of weeks for patients who require a follow-up dental visit. If you prefer to see the dentist in our brick and mortar location, you may do so by scheduling an appointment at Blende Dental Group 150 East 58th St. 8th Floor Annex (across from the Bloomberg building), we exceed all standards for sterilization and safety.

Does dental or medical insurance cover my treatment?
Our team will submit a claim to your dental insurance and you will receive reimbursement directly from insurance, depending on your allowable coverage. Reimbursements can take up to 4 weeks. Medical insurance (including Medicaid and Medicare) does not cover for any dental services.
How do I register to be a patient?
You may sign up via CUSPID or our community concierge.
What is the cost of my initial dental appointment?
The total cost is $650, option to bill the community or residents can pay individually via online payments. (This can change based on agreement with the community)
What does the cost Include?
Digital x-rays, intraoral photographs, comprehensive examination, oral cancer screening and dental cleaning. Should you require a follow-up visit for treatment and choose to be seen by our team, we are offering all residents 10% off all treatment.
